WARNING

The loox ends as you received it from the factory after the demo.

Shell demo

Kernel: demo/linux.kernel.kernel

Initrd: demo/linux.kernel.initrd

Configuration: demo/cyacecfg.txt

Bootloader: demo/cyace-arm.exe

Compressed tar file with all files

After starting the demo as described in section "How to" the LOOX screen should show a TUX and the shell should be started on the serial port. You need a serial cable (Ref at FSC: S23691-F2485-L300C) and terminal emulation (The speed is 9600).

Mp3 player demo

You need the cyace-arm.exe and the cyacecfg.txt from the "Shell demo".

Kernel: mp3_demo/linux.kernel.kernel

Initrd: mp3_demo/linux.kernel.initrd

Compressed tar file with all files

After starting the demo as described in section "How to" the LOOX should start to play "Hotel California" from "Eagles" (Go to your favorite music shop and buy the album). To ajust the volume use the button on the left side of the LOOX.

How to

Copy the files in a CF card or MMC memory card of LOOX and double click on cyace-arm. After a while the demo will be started.
